Details: September marks National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month, and My Gym of Waldorf is celebrating 35 years fighting this epidemic. We are on a mission to empower children and families to dance away disease, be active, and live happy, healthy lives by providing free fitness activities. Our Fit & Fun party comes at a significant time when the U.S. obesity epidemic continues to worsen with one in three American kids and teens overweight or obese, according to the American Heart Association.

Set for Saturday, September 22nd, from 9:30am – 12:30pm local time, The My Gym Family Fit & Fun Party at My Gym Waldorf, located at St. Charles Plaza, 1148 Smallwood Drive, Waldorf MD 20603, will feature a specially-designed and fun-filled day of fitness for kids of all ages, including award-winning My Gym fitness programs.

    Kids are natural creators, filled with curiosity and imagination. Our craft projects are uniquely designed to nurture our Little Leapers creativity and help develop a lifelong love for crafting! Craft Time is the perfect way to cultivate new skills and interests in the next generation.
    Special Guests Appearances provides endless entertainment for our Little Leapers. Please follow us on Facebook, IG, Twitter or our website calendar for information on when we will have Special Guests in the park. You never know who will FLY in and save the day! It’s a ROARING good time.
