From the moment I was pregnant, I remember veteran moms passing down advice of enjoying the baby years because it goes by fast. While I heard the statement “they grow so fast” for what seemed like a million times, I never truly understood this phenomenon until recently. It seems like in a blink of an eye my two sons went from little babies in my arms to adventurous, curious, independent boys overnight.
I remember being so tickled to see their first smiles and excited to watch them take their first steps. Always ready with my camera and positive encouragement for reaching a new milestone. I wish I could slow down time so I could enjoy these younger years for as long as possible. Time machines aren’t invented yet so thank goodness for smart phones with cameras! I think all parents take a gazillion photos in hopes to cherish these moments and capture these memories so that we can hold them dear in our hearts.
This leads to another option for keeping these memories dear to us. I’m excited that Pandora is opening a store in Waldorf so that I can begin to collect memory jewelry. Whether you are more of a ring, bracelet or necklace kind of girl, there is an option for every style preference. I love that you can personalize your jewelry to represent family members or special moments with charms or birthstones. I’d love to have a beautiful necklace with charms that represent each family member. Not only does Pandora offer a excellent line of jewelry for women but also children! I love that you can get your little one a bracket or necklace to collect charms on. They have a whole enter display dedicated to Disney. How neat would it be to get a special keepsake that is timeless and can be worn childhood through adulthood to remind you of your special trip to Disney world!
The store is set to premier soon at the St. Charles Towne Center in Waldorf, MD ; with hopes of opening their doors June 1, 2017! Don’t miss out on the grand opening celebration event June 24-25, 2017. (Special Offer: Pick a mystery gift from their jewelry tower when you purchase $150 or more.) I love the idea of memory jewelry! It would make a great gift for any mom and any ocassion! I usually just print out my children’s pictures in digital scrapbooks, but it would be fun to wear them too.

Those baby photos are beautiful! I used photoshop to make albums for my baby’s first year, it’s probably a bit outdated now, he’s almost 10! But back then it was all the rage.

Oh, wow, what beautiful photograph’s <3 I love baby keepsake jewellery. My daughter is almost 14 now, but I still wear a necklace with her thumbprint on that my cousin had made for me when she was just 3!

What a fun little store. It’s so true, we do need to enjoy those young years because they fly by.

I love memory jewelry and even had some custom made for me. I have one with petals from my wedding bouquet – and a bead with some fur from my kitty that passed away. I didn’t realize that Pandora offered memory beads, too. I’ll have to check in it.
