Details: Toddler time is back with a new program now known as Little Leapers! Little Leapers is a fun, high-energy play adventure, created for parents and little ones to enjoy together. You’ll love watching your child bounce, climb, and explore in a safe environment while interacting with similar age children and learning about sharing, teamwork, and other important social skills. Bond, make memories, and watch your Little Leaper thrive.
Little Leapers sessions include a mix of structured and unstructured activities lead by instructors and/or parents that allow children to explore, learn, and grow as they play.Active Play Time promotes exploration of the attractions in the park while helping to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, and social skills.Craft Time – Nurture Their Creativity!Kids are natural creators, filled with curiosity and imagination. Our craft projects are uniquely designed to nurture our Little Leapers creativity and help develop a lifelong love for crafting! Craft Time is the perfect way to cultivate new skills and interests in the next generation.Special Guests Appearances provides endless entertainment for our Little Leapers. Details: Open to accommodate guests visiting town during the Veteran’s Day parade. La Plata’s train station has long been a symbol of the founding and growth of our town. It is also the sole surviving passenger station on the Pope’s Creek Line of the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad. What better place to host a museum dedicated to telling the story of La Plata’s beginning and development and the rise and decline of the Pope’s Creek Line? Step back in time to get a glimpse of the La Plata that was and the events that shaped La Plata’s path! This is the first opening of the Museum since 2019, and new exhibits are on display.

Details: Southern Maryland House of Nerf LLC is back hosting nerf battle in 2022 and we want you to be there for the foam flinging fun. So gather up your nerf blasters and bring the kids (7 years old and up) to fling some foam. Tickets are $15 at the door or you can order early online and save some money using our ticketing site. And fill out our digital release of liability form as well.
