WINTER FESTIVAL

Details: The annual Winter Festival will take place on Thursday, Nov. 29 at the Dahlgren Parade Field! Activities include snowball toss, inflatables, iceless skating rink, outdoor holiday movie and popcorn, plus photos with the man in red and more!
