Details: Mark your calendars and come visit Smallwood State Park to tour General William Smallwood’s Retreat House and learn how this Maryland native served the American Colonies during the Revolutionary War and the signing of the Constitution. The Smallwood Foodways Group will also be there preparing the General’s afternoon dinner using historic receipts and recipes found in 18th century cookbooks.
