Bring kids 12 and under to this free event with trick-or-treating, National Harbor chefs pumpkin carving contest, movie Hocus Pocus, story time with Prince George’s County public library, Prince George’s County Police, and more!

Face painting at the Carousel: Noon – 4pm
Trick – or – treating: 1pm – 3pm
Movie: Hocus Pocus: 1:30pm
Chef Pumpkin Carving Contest: 3pm

Kids 12 and under in costume ride free on the Capital Wheel with a paid adult ticket. Offer valid only on October 27, 2019. One fee child ticket per paid adult ticket.
