Thursday, July 13th   – Dharma Kids

Start your day off with Dharma Kids mindfulness, meditation and movement! Elevate your heart rate and your mood with this fun and interactive class. Activities Include, movement with a positive message, poses with a purpose, breathing and meditation techniques to calm, all delivered in a positive way!! Kids of all ages will learn tips and tools to relive stress and create success!   Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel and some water:)

Thursday, August 10th – Charles County Parks & Recreation – Move & Groove

Let your kids run, jump, and play to the sound of music. We will play short, exciting games to get your little one moving and grooving.

 

Thursday, August 17th – SMMA Fitness

Fun filled energetic introductory martial class for the kids that will introduce the following concepts: ~ Fitness ~ Goal Setting~ Self- Discipline~ Self-Esteem~ Self- Control~ Winning Attitude~ Break a real Karate Board~ Focus~ Earn their White Belt

    Little Leapers sessions include a mix of structured and unstructured activities lead by instructors and/or parents that allow children to explore, learn, and grow as they play.
    Active Play Time promotes exploration of the attractions in the park while helping to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, and social skills.
    Craft Time – Nurture Their Creativity!
    Kids are natural creators, filled with curiosity and imagination. Our craft projects are uniquely designed to nurture our Little Leapers creativity and help develop a lifelong love for crafting! Craft Time is the perfect way to cultivate new skills and interests in the next generation.
    Special Guests Appearances provides endless entertainment for our Little Leapers. Please follow us on Facebook, IG, Twitter or our website calendar for information on when we will have Special Guests in the park. You never know who will FLY in and save the day! It’s a ROARING good time.
