Join us on a walking tour; step through time and see how life changed in Prince George’s county after slavery was abolished. Starting in 1770 where it began on the Bolton farm, traveling through to 1870 and beyond to see how Juneteenth played a role in Maryland’s history.
*Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes due to uneven terrain*

Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: HOME DEPOT - WALDORF
Details: Create your own wooden project each month. All Kids Workshop attendees must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron and a commemorative pin while supplies last.

Details: October 7th & 8th – We will be hosting a new 2 day event that will represent Southern Maryland at its finest! There will be unique artisans, cultural foods, a variety of spirits, live music, demos, childrens activities and family fun to be had by all.
Discounted tickets will be available for advance purchase for the general public, with special discounts for Historic Sotterley members. Your ticket purchase can be used for one entry on either day of Saturday or Sunday and covers entry to the event only. Food & drink are available for purchase.
