Location: 37260 Manor Rd, Chaptico, Maryland

Details: GoldPetal Farms is truly amazing! This whimsical sunflower maze is like exploring a living labyrinth. The closest thing in comparison is a corn maze; however, image walking among  beautiful sunflowers. Goldpetal Farms, previously known as Ladybugs Alive is opening this Father’s Day weekend June 16, 2019 through July. The blooms have been planted in a interpretation of Vincent van Gogh’s The Starry Night this year. Join me as I take you on a sneak peek tour of southern Maryland’s sunflower maze.

    Details: Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum features opportunities for young learners to experience everyday life of children at different points in history. Participants in this program will be transported over 500 years ago to a time before European settlement to learn about Native American culture in Maryland through a historical fiction book and hands-on activities.

    Details: Join us for a fun trick-or-treating event that will have you weaving through the Town Center area, giving a perfect backdrop for this family friendly, g-rated event. Entrance will close at 8:00 pm, activities will then end at 8:30 pm. Entrance to the Lost City will open at 5:00 pm.
