‘The Addams Family: A New Musical’

Location: La Plata Campus-  Center for the Arts (FA Building) – Brad and Linda Gottfried Theater
Details: It’s every father’s worst nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family whom her parents have never met. And when Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before–keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents. “The Addams Family: A New Musical” features an original story, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family. This show is appropriate for all ages.
Cost: FREE (CSM’s Fine Arts Center is now the Hank Willoughby Foundation Center for the Arts, thanks to the foundation’s support. In celebration of the building’s 40th anniversary, we’re offering free admission to “The Addams Family: A New Musical.)
