It’s back and with NEW CATEGORIES! Every year The Playful Parent supports the SMCR costume contest. It’s a awesome fundraiser to help Southern Maryland Community Resources raise money. SMCR is a nonprofit based in Southern Maryland focused on creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
