Miller Farms is a family owned and operated working farm that has been around since the mid 1800’s. However, they have become quite popular for their market that sells fresh baked donuts and homemade ice cream. Did you know that they also have a fall festival this time of year offering family friendly fun on the farm? Throughout the month of October, guests are invited to the farm to experience classic fall festivities such as hayrides and pumpkin picking.

FUN ON THE FARM

Your little ones are sure to enjoy starting their adventure on the farm with playing in the large outdoor play area that features a obstacle course made out of giant tires. Head over to the gaming area where you can test out your baseball skills.

You wont want to miss interacting with the barn yard buddies. Be sure to take advantage of the education opportunities. Also, make sure you pay attention to the animals names; you are sure to get a hoot out of meeting Harry Trooter and Meryl Sheep.

Next hop on a scenic hayride around the farm to see their community of lively scarecrows displayed in wacky poses. We enjoyed playing eye spy or how many scarecrows can you count.

The tractor ride has two drop offs. The first stop is the enormous Corn Maze and the second stop takes you to the giant slides!

TIPS

  • Purchase tickets online in advanced! They will not be sold at the entrance due to COVID regulations. Masks are recommended/required when 6 foot distancing can’t be kept.
  • All terrain wagons or stroller can be used on this farm; however, baby wearing recommended since many of the activities require transport by tractor ride.
  • After visiting the farm be sure to stop by the market and bakery for treats. The market has fresh produce, meats and flowers. The bakery has the best pies, donuts and ice cream.
