As Halloween approaches quickly, every parent is questioning what to do during this crazy year of COVID quarantining. Many counties, towns and communities are posting their recommendations for what activities are safe for families. So far, Maryland has released their suggestions based on the CDC’s guidelines providing information on levels of risk for activities and leaving it up to the communities to choose how to celebrate Halloween. The goal of this article is to provide a helpful tool in assisting families find the right activity for their comfort level. The CDC lists activities by risk levels low, moderate and high; so I will include resources for each category. Please remember to check with the event before attending in case there are changes or weather issues.
