Plastic Easter Egg Activities

If you’re like me and buy new plastic eggs each year because they don’t survive the onslaught of kids or you can’t remember where you put them, here are a few things you can do to put them to good use after the holiday is over.

1. Draw shapes or write upper and lower case letters on each half of the egg for your child to make. For extra difficulty mix and match the colors of the tops and bottoms.

2. Draw eggs on notecards with different colored tops and bottoms. Have your child match preassembled eggs or put together the halves themselves.

3. Use the egg halves to paint. Coat with paint and use like a stamp.
