This weeks recipe is super simple and fun! The best part about it is you can eat this on the go if your kids on their way to swim practice, games or dance rehearsal.
- 1/2 Pound ground beef
- 1 Package taco seasoning
- 6 packages (1 ounce bags) Tortilla chips, doritos or fritos
- Toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce sour cream and sliced green onions
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until cooked, drain and stir in taco seasoning mix and bring to a simmer and let cook on low uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Just before serving, cut open corn chip bags. Add beef mixture and toppings as desired.
