Veterans Day is an important day! It’s so important to honor the men and women who have served our country. I’m dedicating this post to my grandfather and father both who served active duty in the ARMY. This list was compiled last year and updated for 2018. Most celebrations and deals are international but have been verified for the local area.

Chevy’s Fresh Mex– Chevy’s is offering active and retired military a free meal from their special Veterans Day menu from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on November 11th.

Chipotle– Chipotle is giving a buy one burrito, bowl or salad get one free from 3 p.m. to close on November 11 to Vets, military and their spouses.
The Cove- Stop on in on Monday November 12th for a Free small coffee all day for active duty & veterans with any purchase.
Cracker Barrel– All veterans are being treated to a free slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake (dine-in only on November 11.)
Denny’s- Build your own grand Slam. for veterans and military personnel on November 12 open until noon.
Dunkin Donuts- Veterans and active duty military can enjoy a free donut at Dunkin’ Donuts on Nov. 11
Chuck E. Cheese– CEC is celebrating our hero’s by offering a free personal pizza to active and retired military.
Famous Dave’s– On November 11th Lunch until 4PM, former and active military are invited to come in and receive a FREE One Meat Salute on us. Choose from one meat, a corn muffin, and a side.

Mission BBQ- After a live performance of the National Anthem at noon on Veterans Day, November 11, Mission BBQ locations will be giving away free sandwiches and cake to active-duty military and veterans.
Olive Garden– On November 11th , Olive Garden restaurants will offer a FREE entrée from a special menu to veterans and active duty military.
Outback Steakhouse– Outback Steakhouse is honoring America’s military veterans by offering active duty military and veterans a FREE Bloomin’ Onion and a non-alcoholic beverage. Outback is also offering active and former service members 15 percent off their meals Nov. 12-Dec. 31.
Panera- Panera honors Veterans with a free You Pick Two meals on November 12th.
Red Lobster– In honor of Veterans Day, and to thank veterans, active duty military and reservists for their service, Red Lobster is offering a free appetizer or dessert, Nov 11. National Parks-On Veterans Day, veterans will have FREE access to over 100 national parks that require entrance fees.
Great Clips– On November 11th customers can get a FREE haircut card to give to their favorite veteran. Veterans also receive a FREE haircut or haircut card. Haircuts are redeemable until December 31, 2018.
Home Depot– Home Depot offer a 10% discount to all other military veterans on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Veterans Day.
La-Z-Boy– During their Veteran’s Day Sale La-Z-Boy offers an additional 5% off to Active Duty, Veterans, Retirees, and Reservists.
Lowe’s– Lowes honors all Veterans on three specific holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Veterans Day. During these three holiday weekends, Lowes extends the 10% active duty military discount to all veterans who served honorably and who present valid proof of service.
Scary Strokes- Free round of miniature golf on Veterans Day November 11, 2018.
Sport Clips– All participating Sport Clip locations are offering veterans and active duty service members a free haircut on November 11th.
Tractor Supply- November 11, veterans, all armed forces and dependents receive 15% off their entire purchase with a valid military ID or other proof of service.
Walgreens– Walgreens is offering a 20% discount to all Veterans, Active duty military, and their immediate families, on Veterans Day 2018. Must present a Walgreens Rewards card and valid Military ID or proof of service to receive discount on eligible items.
